Biotech Support Group to exhibit at the 66th Conference on Mass Spectrometry and Allied Topics June 3 - 7, 2018 in San Diego, CA
MONMOUTH
JUNCTION, NJ
, May
10, 2018 --
Biotech
Support Group will exhibit at the annual American Society for Mass
Spectrometry (ASMS) Conference, June 3-7, 2018 in San Diego, CA. The
conference highlights the most recent advancements in Mass
Spectrometry technology applications and expects an attendance of
6,500 scientists and 3,000 presentations as talks and posters.
Featured
at our Booth 405, will be consumable sample prep products for
proteome enrichment, and on-bead digestion for rapid and streamlined
workflows to improve quantification of label and label-free
proteomics. In addition, there will be two technical poster reports
describing the advantageous use of our products for serum
applications:
The
first is entitled “Profiling low abundant species in sera with
coupled use of an innovative
Albumin depletion sample preparation and
MALDI-MS”, co-authored with collaborators from Ascend Diagnostics.
The
second is entitled “Stroma Liquid Biopsy – Pan-Cancer
Dysregulation of the Serum Proteome”, co-authored with
collaborators from the Rutgers Proteomics Center.
Both
posters will be presented on Monday June 4. For more information about our Sample Prep Mass Spectrometry Products click here!
“We will be highlighting our many successes over the past 6 months at this Conference. This includes our patent application on our cancer biomarker panel, our most recent data on our consumable proteomic sample prep product AlbuVoid™ On-Bead LC-MS, and coupled use of our sample prep to a new downstream versatile platform – MALDI-MS. It is very exciting to share these developments with an industry group at the forefront of life science research”, states Dr. Swapan Roy, Ph.D., President and Founder of Biotech Support Group.
