NRicher™
Bead Chemistry Platform

Proteome Enrichment Simplified & Diversified

Leading the Evolution of Targeted Proteomics

Advancing precision proteomics through engineered bead-based systems since 2010.

Biotech Support Group has achieved key milestones in proteomic research, pioneering innovative technologies in sub-proteome fractionation, functional proteomics, on-bead digestion, and targeted biomarker quantitation. All of these advances are built on our NRicher™ Bead Chemistry Platform, first introduced in 2010.

Our goal has been to develop proteome subfractionation technologies that do not rely on immuno-affinity, enabling the generation of sub-proteomes with reduced complexity while preserving biological functionality.

The platform supports simple consumable workflows that do not require HPLC or specialized capital equipment, making advanced enrichment more accessible in standard laboratory settings.

The portfolio spans broad enrichment, family-specific enrichment for Apo, Ig, and C targets, and differentiated multi-bead formats for more exploratory proteomic strategies today.

Not Immuno-Affinity Based

Synthetic bead chemistry platform that avoids species-specific antibody dependency.

Simple Microfuge Workflow

No specialized instruments required. Standard bind, wash, and elute workflows are enough.

Functional Integrity

Designed to preserve activity for orthogonal analyses including enzymatic and immunoassay workflows.

Targeted Enrichment Options

Available as general, family-specific, and differentiated multi-bead enrichment formats.

Scientific Progression

NRicher™ Platform Milestones

From early bead-based fractionation innovation to differentiated sub-proteome enrichment, functional proteomics, and targeted biomarker applications.
