Yes, we can adjust all of our kit products, to supply only the beads. For large orders, whether kit or bulk material, we provide special discounted quotations. Please inquire.

Yes, we provide general guidelines for use, but the protocols can usually be adjusted to accommodate either larger or small starting samples, or larger or smaller starting concentrations. We recommend first contacting us for guidance in adjusting the protocol.

Although we do not have an off-the-shelf product for 96-well formats currently, we have ongoing collaborations that can provide such formats. Please inquire.

This has not been fully investigated, but we do not recommend use of SDS. Low concentrations, 0.1 – 0.5% of non-ionic detergents have been used with some of our products, but to what extent they alter separation performance, is unknown. If non-ionic detergents are to be used, generally we recommend that they be of no greater than 0.1% before applying to the beads. So for tissue lysates for example at higher %, dilute the sample before application.

The products have a shelf life typically 6 months to 1 year. We ship at room temperature, but recommend storage at 4°C upon receipt. Do not freeze.

All of our products are derived chemically, not biologically, with one exception. The "PLUS" products contain recombinant Protein A.
