The conference highlights the most recent advancementsin Mass Spectrometry technology and applications, with attendance of6,000 – 7,000 scientists and over 2,700 poster presentations and384 talks.

Featuredat our Booth 208, will be consumable sample prep products forproteome enrichment, and on-bead digestion for rapid and streamlinedworkflows to improve low abundance coverage and quantification ofselect sub-proteomics. AbstractThe NRicher™platform of products offers many advantages as it does not needspecialized instruments, and only requires one, rather than multipleLC-MS analyses to establish dynamic range compression, enrichment ofspecific proteins or classes of proteins, and depletion of highabundance proteins from serum, all without immuno-affinity.Furthermore, Trypsin digestion can be done while the enrichedproteome remains on the bead (‘on-bead digestion’), achieving aseamless workflow to LC-MS analysis. We demonstrate preliminary dataon these advantages. Some highlights from the poster include:

  • Enrichmentof Apolipoproteins approximately 20X

  • Enrichmentof the full Complement sub-proteome

  • Enrichmentof α-synuclein, with substantial depletion of Albumin, notdetectable from neat serum control
