Biotech
Support Group to exhibit at the 71st ASMS Conference on Mass
Spectrometry and Allied Topics, June 4 - 8, 2023 in Houston, Texas
Featured at our Booth 208, will be consumable sample prep products for proteome enrichment, and on-bead digestion for rapid and streamlined workflows to improve low abundance coverage and quantification of select sub-proteomics. In addition, we will also present a poster on Monday June 5 under Topic area LC/MS: Sample Preparation I, entitled
"NRicher™: A Singular Low Abundance Proteome Enrichment Product Line With Seamless Integration of On-Bead Digestion "
Abstract The NRicher™ platform of products offers many advantages as it does not need specialized instruments, and only requires one, rather than multiple LC-MS analyses to establish dynamic range compression, enrichment of specific proteins or classes of proteins, and depletion of high abundance proteins from serum, all without immuno-affinity. Furthermore, Trypsin digestion can be done while the enriched proteome remains on the bead (‘on-bead digestion’), achieving a seamless workflow to LC-MS analysis. We demonstrate preliminary data on these advantages. Some highlights from the poster include:
If you will not be attending ASMS and want more information on NRicher™, or any of these applications, please email mkuruc@biotechsupportgroup.com “ We will be highlighting our many new product developments at this Conference. We have recently evaluated new bead chemistries, called the NRicher™ series, that we will highlight at our booth and on our poster. This new series of products has all the combined beneficial features from our current products: they are all consumable, are species agnostic, have enriched sub-proteomes with functional integrity, and for LC-MS, digestion can be performed on-bead for simplified and seamless workflows. It is very exciting to share these developments with an industry group at the forefront of life science research”, states Dr. Swapan Roy, Ph.D., President and Founder of Biotech Support Group.
