Q:What is the concentration of the antigen present in your sample? Can it be detected by visualization on SDS-PAGE Coomassie? Do you know the molecular weight of the antigen?
A:We don't know the concentration and were so far not able to visualize it on SDS-PAGE with Coomassie. We don't know the molecular weight of the antigen.
