Survey results are in!

A recent survey, sent to our customers, reflects Biotech Support Group's progress:

1. 85.6% of the respondents rated Biotech Support Group as "good" or better, while 100% of the respondents rated us as "average" or better.
2. 56.9% of our customers have been using Biotech Support Group's products for 1 year or more.
3. 85.7% of the respondents are satisfied or very satisfied with our products, 7.1 percent are neutral.
4. 92.8% of the respondents are likely to continue business with Biotech Support Group.
